Standard Delivery

Epic Office Furniture offers fast, affordable shipping around Australia! We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 2-4 business days and if you live in a major metropolitan area, we offer flat-rate shipping for just $49*.

To all other areas including semi-metro and regional areas, the delivery address and the size of your order determines the applicable shipping rate. You can use the shipping calculator in the cart to check rates for your order, and if required you can always contact our sales team for a competitive shipping quote.

Please note, our standard delivery service is a drop and go service to the ground floor of the address during standard business hours only. If you are unable to accept delivery, please let us know as redelivery charges apply. You can view the full terms and conditions here.

Regional Shipping

We offer fast, competitive shipping to regional locations outside our standard metropolitan delivery zones. However, there are some remote areas where we cannot reach using our network of carriers or the cost of shipping is too high to absorb. In these cases the team will get in touch to discuss options and should none of those be acceptable we are happy to offer a refund. Customers in Tasmania and the Northern Territory will need to contact our sales team for a shipping quote.

Warehouse Pickup

We do offer the ability for customers to collect their order from our warehouses in some cases. This is based on a per product basis and pending stock availability. If your product/s qualify for pickup, the option will be available to you during checkout. Premium Delivery Service

If you require a higher level of service than our standard drop and go delivery, we also offer a premium delivery service. This service is necessary if you need items delivered above ground floor, require a timed delivery, or if you cannot assist with unloading large products. Let our expert team bring your items up to you rather than collecting them from the loading dock or kerbside. For large products we will generally require appropriate lift access as we cannot obstruct stairways.

Assembly & Installation

The majority of our office furniture is shipped flat-packed for efficient transport and to avoid damage.  The furniture requires easy assembly following the included instructions. No special tools are required. If you don’t feel comfortable assembling your new office furniture or simply don’t have the time, we can organise assembly for you at reasonable prices. Assembly is available to most of our standard metropolitan shipping zones. For other areas please contact our team to check availability prior to placing your order.
