Description

The BenQ InstaShow VS25 BYOM Wireless Conferencing System provides plug-and-play collaboration for hybrid meetings in huddle spaces, meeting rooms and larger conference environments. It allows staff and guests to present content and access compatible room cameras, microphones, speakers and video bars without installing presentation software or drivers.

The included Multimedia Hub connects compatible audiovisual equipment to the InstaShow system. Presenters can then run Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet from their laptop while using the meeting room’s connected camera and audio devices. The system supports Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS computers, together with wireless sharing from compatible Apple, Android and Windows devices.

Up to four presenters can share content on the display using the split-screen function, while the system supports as many as 64 connected devices. HDMI output supports resolutions up to 4K at 60Hz, with input resolution up to 4K at 30Hz. TouchBack support also allows compatible content to be controlled from an interactive display.

Wi-Fi 6 connectivity provides a transmission range of up to 40 metres under suitable conditions. AES-128 encryption and WPA3 Enterprise connection protection help secure transmitted content, while BenQ Cloud DMS support provides centralised management for compatible deployments.
