Description

The BenQ InstaShow WDC25 4K Wireless Presentation System supports multi-device collaboration in huddle spaces, meeting rooms and larger conference environments. It combines plug-and-play presentation buttons with BYOD screen mirroring, allowing employees and guests to share content from compatible laptops, tablets and phones.

Presenters using compatible laptops can connect without installing an InstaShow application or driver. The included presentation buttons pair with the receiver, while support for Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS accommodates mixed-device workplaces. Compatible Apple, Android and Windows mobile devices can also share content through supported wireless screen-mirroring technology.

The four-way split-screen function allows content from up to four presenters to appear on one display. The system supports up to 64 connected devices, making it suitable for collaborative meetings, presentations, training sessions and group discussions involving multiple participants.

HDMI output supports resolutions up to 4K at 60Hz, while input resolution is supported up to 4K at 30Hz. TouchBack enables compatible computer content to be controlled from an interactive display, and HDCP support accommodates protected presentation content.

Wi-Fi 6 connectivity supports transmission distances of up to 40 metres under suitable conditions. AES-128 encryption and WPA3 Enterprise protection secure the wireless connection between the receiver and presentation buttons. BenQ Cloud DMS support also allows compatible units to be monitored, diagnosed and updated from a central dashboard.
